By registering, accessing, or using Suvidra, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another organization, you confirm that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
We provide a 7-Day Free Trial to allow you to experience the full capabilities of Suvidra. After the trial period concludes, access may continue via our flexible monthly or annual subscription tiers. All recurring fees are billed in advance in accordance with your chosen plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your workspace. You agree to use the CRM in compliance with applicable laws, including telecommunication regulations and anti-spam legislation when using automated WhatsApp or email integrations.
You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights over all customer leads, contact lists, notes, and pipelines imported or created within your Suvidra workspace.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your billing portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious activity.
